The CFPB has announced that the Filing Instructions Guide (FIG) for Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data collected in 2024 is now available. The 2024 FIG is a technical resource to help financial institutions file HMDA data collected in 2024 and reported in 2025.

A Supplemental Guide for Quarterly Filers for 2024, which includes 2024 calendar year quarterly deadlines, has also been released to help financial institutions that are required to file HMDA data on a quarterly basis.
