The CFPB has discontinued the use of its GovDelivery email service for HMDA notifications, effective January 20, 2026. As a result, subscribers will no longer receive email alerts regarding HMDA platform updates or announcements.

Because these email updates will no longer be pushed out to subscribers, users will now need to monitor the FFIEC HMDA News and Updates webpage to access information.
