HUD has updated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Notice. The new notice (Form 92070) is available on HUD’s website and has a new expiration date of November 30, 2024. The Bank should start using this updated form that can be accessed here. Always remember to update the Lender information in the ‘How Does a Servicemember or Dependent Request Relief Under the SCRA?’ section of the notice.
