Yesterday, an updated version of the Mortgage Servicing Small Entity Compliance Guide was released. The updated guide includes an overview of the 2020 Mortgage Servicing COVID-19 Interim Final Rule and the 2021 Mortgage Servicing COVID-19 Final Rule and identifies what areas of the underlying Rules have been impacted by the new Rules.

This version also includes an updated discussion of the servicing file requirements to provide guidance on the compliant use of multiple electronic systems.
